This Return & Refund Policy explains your rights and our procedures for returns, refunds and withdrawal from distance contracts. It is based on EU and Spanish consumer protection laws.

1. Legal Basis

Our policy complies with:

  • EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU (Articles 9–16) → Official text

2. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-off Period)

EU consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason and without penalty.

  • The 14-day period starts from the day you or a third party (not the carrier) receives the goods.
  • For multiple items ordered together: from receipt of the last item.
  • From June 2026: you will also be able to withdraw via an easy online “Withdraw from Contract” button in your customer account.

3. How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

Notify us of your decision before the 14-day period expires by:

4. Return Conditions & Costs

Returned goods must be:

  • In original, undamaged packaging
  • Unused and in resalable condition
  • With all accessories, manuals, tags, and protective films attached
  • Returned within 14 days after notifying us

Return shipping costs: Paid by the customer (unless the product is defective or we made an error).

We recommend using tracked shipping with insurance.

5. Refund Process & Timeline

We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of shipment).

  • Refund will be issued using the original payment method
  • Full amount paid (including standard delivery costs)
  • Original shipping cost is refunded only for the standard method
  • Extra costs (express shipping, insurance, customs) are not refunded

6. Exceptions (No Right of Withdrawal)

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Sealed audio/electronic goods if unsealed after delivery (hygiene, software, etc.)
  • Digital content (if download started with consent)
  • Goods that deteriorate quickly
  • Items clearly personalized (e.g., engraved, cut to size)

7. Defective or Non-Conforming Products

If the product is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to:

  • Repair
  • Replacement
  • Price reduction
  • Full refund

Legal guarantee: 3 years for new goods in Spain (Directive (EU) 2019/771 + Spanish law).

8. Non-EU / International Orders

Customers outside the EU have no statutory 14-day withdrawal right. We may accept returns on a case-by-case basis, but return shipping and customs fees are always the buyer’s responsibility.
