1. Legal Basis

Our warranty policy is based on:

  • → EU Directive 2019/771 (sale of goods) → Official text
  • → Spanish Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007 (as amended) → BOE text
  • → Directive (EU) 2024/1799 (Right to Repair) — from 31 July 2026

2. Legal Warranty Duration

3 years for new consumer goods in Spain (from date of delivery).

  • Products with digital elements — minimum 2 years (EU rule)
  • Second-hand goods — 1–3 years (minimum 1 year)
  • From 31 July 2026: +1 year extension possible if repair chosen (Right to Repair)

3. What is Covered

The product must be:

  • As described
  • Fit for purpose
  • Of expected quality and durability
  • With all accessories and instructions
