This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains our procedures for processing, shipping, and delivering orders placed on https://eurocarsound.com/. We strive to deliver your car audio systems and electronics as quickly and reliably as possible.

1. Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed and shipped only after full payment is received and confirmed by our bank.

  • → Dispatch occurs Monday to Friday, 9:00–14:00 CET (Madrid time)
  • → Orders paid/received after 14:00 CET, on weekends, or Spanish public holidays are processed the next business day
  • → We aim to dispatch most orders within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation

2. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are approximate and depend on the carrier, destination, and customs (for non-EU orders). We partner with reliable couriers and postal services (e.g., SEUR, MRW, DHL, UPS, Correos, etc.).

These are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events.

3. Tracking & Order Status

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with:

  • The tracking number
  • A direct link to track the package

To check the order processing status (e.g., "Processing", "Shipped", "Delivered") on our website:

  • Go to the Order Status page
  • Enter your billing email and Order number (from confirmation email or invoice)

Note: Status and tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after payment or dispatch. If nothing appears, try again later, clear your browser cache, or use incognito/private mode.

🚚 Track your order: Enter your Order ID below and click "Track". Your Order ID is in the receipt and confirmation email.

4. Delivery & Risk of Loss

Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you upon delivery to the carrier (for Spain/EU) or upon handover to the international carrier (for non-EU). From that moment, we are no longer responsible for loss, theft, or damage during transit.

If the package arrives damaged or with missing items, contact us immediately (within 7 days) with photos and the carrier’s report.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (Non-EU Orders)

For deliveries outside the EU:

  • Prices exclude import duties, customs taxes, VAT, and brokerage fees
  • You are responsible for paying any applicable customs charges, taxes, and fees
  • Customs clearance delays are not covered by our estimated times
  • We are not liable for packages held or seized by customs

6. Force Majeure & Delays

We are not liable for delays or non-delivery due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Strikes, lockouts, or carrier issues
  • Natural disasters, pandemics, or severe weather
  • Customs or government actions
