This Order Cancellation Policy explains your rights to cancel an order placed on https://eurocarsound.com/ before it is shipped or delivered. It is part of our compliance with EU and Spanish consumer protection laws for distance contracts.
1. Legal Basis
Order cancellation is governed by the right of withdrawal (derecho de desistimiento) in distance sales:

2. When Can You Cancel an Order?
As an EU consumer in a distance contract, you have the right to cancel (withdraw) without giving any reason within **14 calendar days** from the conclusion of the contract (i.e., from the moment you place and pay for the order).
This means:
- Before shipping/dispatch: You can easily cancel your order by contacting us. We will refund you fully and immediately (no restocking fees).
- After shipping but before delivery: Cancellation is still possible under the 14-day withdrawal right. However, you may need to refuse delivery or return the package upon arrival (return shipping costs apply unless we agree otherwise).
- After delivery: See our separate Returns & Refund Policy for the full 14-day withdrawal process.
Note: We process and ship orders only after full payment confirmation (Monday–Friday, 9:00–14:00 CET). If you request cancellation **before dispatch**, it is usually straightforward.
3. How to Request Cancellation
Contact us as soon as possible before your order is dispatched:

4. Refund After Cancellation
If we confirm cancellation before shipping:
- Full refund of the order amount (including any paid shipping fees) using the original payment method
- Processed within **14 days** (usually faster if before dispatch)
If cancellation is after dispatch but before delivery: We may refund after confirming the package is not delivered or is returned to us (return costs may apply).
5. Exceptions & Limitations
Cancellation/withdrawal rights do not apply to:
- Customized or personalized products
- Sealed goods unsealed by you (e.g., audio/electronics for hygiene reasons)
- Non-EU customers: No statutory 14-day right (case-by-case consideration)
We reserve the right to refuse cancellation if the order is already dispatched and in transit (in such cases, use the full return process).
