Our store and warehouse are located in Vigo, Spain (European Union). Full address: R. López Mora, 5, 36211 Vigo, Pontevedra, Spain. All orders are shipped from here.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide, including Spain, all EU countries, United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Asia (Japan, South Korea, China, Singapore, etc.), Latin America, Australia, and many others.

Do you sell retail and wholesale?

Yes — retail for individual customers and wholesale for installers, car audio shops, and service centers. Wholesale prices and terms available after account verification.

Is pickup from the warehouse possible?

Yes, self-pickup is available from our warehouse in Vigo, Spain. Please contact us in advance to arrange a time (Monday–Friday, 9:00–14:00 CET).

What payment methods do you accept?

Bank transfer SEPA (EU preferred) and Visa/Mastercard credit/debit cards. We do not accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or other e-wallets at this time.

In what currency are the prices shown?

All prices are in Euros (€). Card payments are converted automatically by your bank (possible small fee from your bank outside Eurozone).

Are there any extra fees when paying by card?

No extra fees from us. Outside the EU/Eurozone, your bank may apply currency conversion fees.

How fast is payment confirmed?

Card payments — instantly. SEPA transfers — usually 1–2 working days (faster within EU).

Is shipping free?

Yes — we offer completely free worldwide shipping to Spain, EU, UK, USA, Asia, Latin America, Australia, and all countries we serve. No hidden fees for standard delivery.

How long does delivery take to Spain?

3–5 business days (approximate; depends on carrier and exact location).

How long does delivery take to Europe (EU + UK)?

7–10 business days (approximate; no customs delays within EU).

How long does delivery take worldwide (USA, Asia, etc.)?

Approximately 30 days (often 10–25 days depending on country and customs). Customs delays possible.

Which carriers do you use?

Spain: MRW, SEUR, Correos Express, GLS.
EU & UK: DHL, UPS, GLS, FedEx.
Worldwide: DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT (we choose the best for speed/reliability).

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes — tracking number and direct link sent by email (and SMS if available) right after shipment. Check status on our site using billing email + order number.

Can I choose the carrier?

We select the optimal carrier. If you prefer a specific one (e.g., only DHL), mention it at checkout — we'll try to accommodate.

Who pays customs duties and taxes outside the EU?

The buyer is responsible for any customs duties, import VAT/GST, brokerage fees, or taxes outside the EU.

Is Spanish VAT/IVA included in the price for international orders?

No — non-EU orders are at export price (Spanish VAT excluded). EU B2C orders include destination VAT where applicable (via OSS if needed).

What are approximate customs fees in the USA?

Usually 0–5% duty + local fees. Shipments over $800 may require formal entry and higher fees.

What about customs in the United Kingdom?

Possible 20% VAT + 0–5% duty + handling fee (charged at destination by carrier/customs).

What about customs in Asia (Japan, Korea, etc.)?

Duty + local VAT/GST (5–20%). Low-value shipments (<150–200 €) often duty-free in many countries.

What should I do if the package is held at customs?

Contact us immediately — we'll provide commercial invoice, packing list, and declaration. Most cases resolve in 3–10 days.

How many days do I have to return an item?

EU consumers: 14 calendar days statutory right of withdrawal (no reason needed). We extend to 30 days as store policy for most items (unused, original packaging).

Who pays for return shipping?

Buyer pays return shipping (unless defective/wrong item sent by us). In EU, we may cover returns for full refunds in some cases — check our Returns Policy.

What is the warranty period?

Legal warranty in Spain/EU: 3 years for new goods (from delivery). Many brands offer additional 3–5 years manufacturer warranty.

What to do if the product arrives defective?

Contact us within 48 hours with photos/videos. We'll arrange repair, replacement, or refund under legal warranty (free of charge if defect confirmed).

How can I choose the right equipment for my car?

Do you sell wiring, relays, fuses separately?

Yes — full range: power/speaker wire, distribution blocks, Bosch-style relays, fuses, capacitors, and more.

Are your head units compatible with Apple CarPlay / Android Auto?

Most models support wired/wireless CarPlay and Android Auto. Check product page or ask us for confirmation.

Do you sell installation kits and adapters?

Yes — mounting frames, ISO harnesses, antenna adapters, sound deadening mats, and full installation accessory kits.

Do you offer discounts for installers / professionals?

Yes — special wholesale pricing and terms after verification (contact us for account setup).

Is there a minimum order value?

No minimum — order any amount.

What if the product is out of stock?

We display estimated restock dates (usually 3–14 days). Pre-orders accepted; we'll notify you when ready.

Do you sell used or refurbished products?

No — only brand-new, original products from official distributors.

Why might prices be higher than in the USA or Asia?

We offer official EU warranty (3 years), full certification, no grey-market items. Non-EU orders are VAT-free (export pricing).

Can I get help with system tuning or compatibility?

Yes — free advice on matching components, power needs, wiring, and basic tuning.

What is the difference between coaxial and component speakers?

Coaxial: tweeter on woofer (easy install, good basic upgrade). Component: separate tweeter + crossover (superior staging/clarity, more install effort).

Do I need an amplifier for aftermarket speakers?

Not always (factory head unit ok for basic). Amp greatly improves volume, clarity, bass — especially for high-power speakers.

How much power (RMS) should my amplifier match my speakers?

Match or slightly exceed speaker RMS (e.g., 80–120W amp for 100W speakers). Avoid severe under/overpowering to prevent damage.

What size subwoofer enclosure do I need?

Depends on model and goal (SPL loud vs SQ clean). Check manufacturer specs for sealed/ported volume — we help calculate.

Will installing a new head unit affect my car's steering wheel controls or factory features?

Usually not — use steering wheel adapters (sold separately). Many retain factory amp, camera, sensors with interfaces.

Do you sell sound deadening / noise reduction materials?

Yes — butyl mats for doors/floor/trunk to cut noise/vibration and boost bass. Full kits or sectional available.

Can I use your products in a 12V or 24V vehicle (truck, camper, etc.)?

Most for 12V. For 24V (trucks), need converter or 24V amps — send vehicle details for advice.

How important is speaker sensitivity (dB rating)?

Higher (90 dB+) = louder on low power (good for factory HU). Lower = needs more amp power but often better quality.

Do your amplifiers have built-in crossovers or DSP?

Many have adjustable HPF/LPF crossovers. DSP models offer time alignment, EQ, mixing for pro tuning.

What accessories do I need for a basic car audio upgrade?
