Shipping & Order Status Information
We process and ship your order only after we receive 100% payment and our bank fully confirms that the funds have arrived in our account.
Shipping Schedule Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM Madrid time (CET). Orders placed or paid after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working business day.
Estimated Delivery Times (approximate, depending on the carrier):
- Spain → 3–5 business days
- European Union → 7–10 business days
- Rest of the World → approximately 30 days (may take longer due to customs clearance)
Please note: We use trusted third-party delivery services (courier companies and postal operators). Delivery speed depends on them, and unfortunately we cannot always accelerate your shipment.
How to Track Your Order To check the current status of your order, please fill in the form below with:
- Your billing email
- Your order number (you can find it in the invoice, confirmation email, or purchase notification sent from our website)
Important information: It can sometimes take up to 24 hours for the latest order information and tracking details to be updated in our system after payment confirmation or shipment. If you entered the correct details but no information appears yet — please try again later.
